Executive Chef for Fine Dining Restaurant in Ar Rumaythiyah

We are currently hiring an experienced Executive Chef to lead our kitchen team in a fine dining restaurant located in the city of Ar Rumaythiyah. The ideal candidate will have a passion for creating innovative and high-quality dishes, as well as strong leadership skills to manage and motivate our kitchen staff.

Responsibilities:
- Developing creative and seasonal menus that align with our restaurant's concept and standards
- Overseeing all aspects of food preparation, from sourcing ingredients to plating dishes
- Training and managing kitchen staff, including scheduling, performance evaluations, and providing guidance and feedback
- Ensuring compliance with all food safety and sanitation guidelines
- Maintaining inventory levels and ordering supplies as needed
- Collaborating with restaurant management to plan special events or promotions
- Continuously seeking ways to improve menu offerings, food quality, and overall dining experience

Requirements:
- At least 5 years of experience as an Executive Chef in a high-end or fine dining establishment
- Strong knowledge of various cuisines, cooking techniques, and flavor profiles
- Ability to create unique and visually appealing dishes while maintaining consistency in taste and presentation
- Excellent communication skills to effectively lead a team and collaborate with other departments
- High level of attention to detail and organization skills
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Biometric passport preferred but not required
