Entry-Level Crane Operator in Manama, Bahrain

As an entry-level crane operator in Manama, Bahrain, you will be responsible for operating various types of cranes to lift and move heavy materials on construction sites, ports, or other industrial settings. This is a physically demanding job that requires attention to detail and the ability to follow instructions and safety procedures. While prior experience is not necessary, we are seeking candidates who are willing to learn and have a strong work ethic.

Responsibilities:
- Operate crane controls to lift and move heavy materials according to instructions
- Check crane mechanisms and equipment before and after use for any malfunctions or defects
- Communicate with supervisors and team members via radio or hand signals
- Follow all safety regulations and guidelines while operating the crane
- Keep accurate records of materials moved and hours worked
- Perform routine maintenance on cranes as needed

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Valid crane operator certification or willingness to obtain one within 6 months of hire
- Physically fit with the ability to lift heavy objects and work in various weather conditions
- Basic understanding of mechanical operations
- Ability to follow instructions and work independently as well as part of a team
- Good communication skills in English (Arabic proficiency is a plus)
- Willingness to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays if necessary
