Restaurant Manager - Vilnius, Lithuania


We are searching for an experienced Restaurant Manager to lead our team at a popular restaurant in Vilnius. The ideal candidate should have prior experience in managing a restaurant and be able to handle all aspects of operations, including overseeing staff, ensuring quality of service, managing finances, and maintaining the overall success of the business.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee day-to-day operations of the restaurant
- Ensure high quality of service and guest satisfaction
- Hire, train, and manage staff according to company standards
- Create staff schedules and manage payroll
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed
- Maintain financial records and prepare reports for management
- Collaborate with head chef on menu development and pricing strategies
- Handle customer complaints or issues effectively and in a timely manner
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Restaurant Manager or in a similar role is required
- Proven track record of successfully managing a restaurant and achieving financial targets
- Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in English is preferred
- Must have authorization to work in Lithuania

Salary:
Starting salary for this position is 1200$ per month.
