Restaurant Manager



As a Restaurant Manager in our busy and vibrant establishment in Vilnius, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our restaurant operations. You will work closely with our kitchen staff and front-of-house team to ensure the highest standards of food quality, customer service, and profitability.

Your main duties will include creating and maintaining budgets, managing inventory and ordering supplies, recruiting and training staff, developing marketing strategies to attract new customers, and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.

To excel in this role, you must have previous experience in a managerial position within the restaurant industry. You should also have excellent communication and leadership skills, as well as strong business acumen. A degree in hospitality management or a related field is preferred.

This is a contract position with a competitive salary of 1600$ per month. We also provide accommodation for our employees. We welcome candidates of all nationalities and backgrounds who are fluent in English.
