Software Tester

We are a fast-growing software company in Kaunas, seeking a highly skilled and motivated Software Tester to join our team. As a Software Tester, you will be responsible for testing and evaluating our software products to ensure high-quality and user-friendly experiences for our customers. Your duties will include designing and executing test cases, identifying and reporting bugs, and working closely with the development team to ensure timely resolution of issues. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of software development processes and excellent communication skills. Salary: $1300/month

City: Kaunas, Lithuania

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- At least 2 years of experience as a Software Tester or similar role
- Experience with testing methodologies, tools, and techniques
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Fluency in English is preferred but not required
- Egyptian nationality preferred but all nationalities are welcome to apply

Responsibilities:
- Develop test plans, test cases, and test scripts based on business requirements
- Execute tests and document results thoroughly
- Identify, report, and track bugs using issue tracking systems
- Collaborate with the development team to troubleshoot issues and ensure timely resolution
- Participate in design reviews to provide feedback on potential quality risks
- Continuously improve testing processes and procedures
- Stay updated on industry best practices and new testing tools/techniques
