Job Title: Crane Operator (Contract Position) - Kaunas, Lithuania

We are seeking a skilled and reliable Crane Operator to join our team on a contract basis in Kaunas, Lithuania. As a Crane Operator, you will be responsible for safely operating and maintaining various types of cranes to lift and move heavy materials on construction sites. You must have a valid crane operator license and be able to work in a fast-paced environment while adhering to all safety regulations. This is an excellent opportunity for someone without experience who is looking to gain valuable skills and experience in the construction industry. The salary for this position is $1600 per month with accommodation provided and visa sponsorship available for all nationalities.

Key Responsibilities:
- Operate various types of cranes, such as mobile, tower, or overhead cranes
- Understand and follow all safety regulations and protocols
- Perform pre-operational inspections and maintenance on cranes
- Safely lift and move heavy materials according to project requirements
- Communicate effectively with team members and site supervisors
- Keep accurate records of work performed

Requirements:
- Valid crane operator license
- Ability to operate different types of cranes (mobile, tower, overhead)
- Basic understanding of construction site operations
- Physically fit with the ability to lift heavy objects
- Strong attention to detail and safety protocols
- Good communication skills in English (spoken and written)
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment under tight deadlines

Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous experience operating cranes is an asset but not required
- Experience working on construction sites is an asset but not required
