Land Surveyor

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Land Surveyor to join our team in Nakuru. As a Land Surveyor, you will be responsible for conducting land surveys to determine boundaries, prepare topographical maps, and provide data for construction projects. This is a contract job with a salary of 1100$ per month.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct land surveys using various tools and equipment such as GPS, total stations, and digital levels
- Collect data on land features, boundary lines, and elevations
- Analyze survey data to create topographical maps and reports
- Work with engineers and architects to provide accurate survey data for construction projects
- Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations regarding land surveys
- Maintain accurate records of survey data and project progress

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Surveying or related field
- Minimum of 3 years experience as a Land Surveyor
- Strong knowledge of surveying techniques and equipment
- Proficient in using CAD software for mapping and drafting purposes
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
