Part Time Industrial Architect

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Industrial Architect to join our team in Lisbon on a part-time basis. As an Industrial Architect, you will be responsible for designing and overseeing the construction of industrial buildings, facilities, and structures. You will work closely with clients to understand their needs and expectations, and use your expertise to create functional, efficient, and aesthetically pleasing designs. This position offers a salary of 1200$ per month and includes free visa and ticket.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
- Minimum of 5 years experience in industrial architecture
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and other design software
- Strong understanding of building codes, regulations, and safety standards
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with a team

Responsibilities:
- Meet with clients to discuss project requirements, budget, and timeline
- Create detailed designs for industrial buildings and structures
- Oversee construction process to ensure designs are executed accurately
- Collaborate with engineers, contractors, and other professionals involved in the project
- Monitor progress of projects and make any necessary adjustments
- Ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and safety standards
- Regularly communicate with clients to provide updates on project status
