We are seeking a highly motivated and dedicated individual to join our team as an Online Tutor. As an Online Tutor, you will be responsible for providing one-on-one tutoring services to students of all ages in various subjects. This is a contract job with a salary of 1700$ per month.

Responsibilities:
- Conducting online tutoring sessions with students via video conferencing platforms.
- Creating personalized lesson plans and activities to cater to the individual needs of each student.
- Tracking and monitoring student progress and providing feedback to parents or guardians.
- Collaborating with other tutors and teachers to ensure a comprehensive learning experience for students.
- Maintaining accurate records of tutoring sessions and student progress.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Education or related field.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong knowledge in the subject(s) you will be tutoring.
- Previous tutoring or teaching experience is not required but preferred.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
