We are seeking a motivated and reliable Solar Installer to join our team in Monte-Carlo. As a Solar Installer, you will be responsible for installing and maintaining solar panel systems on residential and commercial properties. Responsibilities:
- Install solar panels, inverters, and other equipment according to design specifications
- Ensure all work is completed safely and efficiently
- Conduct site evaluations to determine the best location for solar panel placement
- Connect solar panels to electrical systems, following local building codes
- Perform routine maintenance on solar panel systems
- Troubleshoot and repair any issues with existing systems
- Keep detailed records of all work performed

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in construction or electrical work preferred
- Knowledge of basic hand tools and power tools
- Ability to work at heights and lift heavy equipment
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Good communication and teamwork abilities
