Teamlead - Contract Position in Izhevsk, Russia

As a Teamlead, you will be responsible for leading and managing a team of Indian professionals working on a contract basis in Izhevsk, Russia. Your main role will be to oversee the team's performance and ensure that project deadlines are met. This is a contract position with a salary of 1300$ per month.

Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of Indian professionals working on various projects in Izhevsk
- Assign tasks to team members and ensure timely completion
- Monitor team performance and provide feedback to improve productivity and quality of work

Requirements:

- Previous experience as a Teamlead or in a similar leadership role
- Strong communication skills in English (Russian language skills preferred but not required)
- Experience working with Indian professionals is preferred
