Online Consultant


As an Online Consultant, you will be responsible for providing expert advice and support to clients through online platforms. You must have excellent communication skills and be able to build rapport with clients from different backgrounds. Your primary goal will be to ensure client satisfaction by addressing their needs and concerns in a timely and professional manner.

Key Responsibilities:
- Responding to client inquiries and providing accurate information about products or services
- Building and maintaining relationships with clients through virtual communication channels
- Understanding client needs and offering appropriate solutions or recommendations
- Assisting in the resolution of client complaints or issues, ensuring a positive outcome
- Providing support for online transactions, such as purchases or reservations
- Staying up-to-date with company policies, products, and services to provide accurate information to clients
- Collaborating with team members to improve customer experience and satisfaction levels

Requirements:
- Fluency in English (both written and verbal)
- Excellent communication skills, both interpersonal and virtual
- Strong problem-solving abilities and ability to think on your feet
- Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Prior experience in customer service or sales is preferred
- Familiarity with online platforms is an asset
- Availability for flexible working hours

Salary:
This is a contract job with a salary of 1800$ per month.

Location:
This position is based in Kaunas, Lithuania. This job is open for candidates of all nationalities but proficiency in English is mandatory.
