Housekeeping Specialist

As a Housekeeping Specialist, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and orderliness of our clients' homes in Las Vegas. Your main duties will include cleaning and sanitizing all areas of the house, organizing and tidying up rooms, and doing laundry. You will also be responsible for restocking essential supplies and reporting any maintenance issues to the homeowner. The ideal candidate should have previous experience in housekeeping, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work independently. This position offers a salary of $1300 per month and is open to candidates of any nationality or location as long as they can speak English fluently.

Key Responsibilities:
- Clean and sanitize all areas of the house, including bathrooms, bedrooms, kitchen, and common areas
- Dust furniture, vacuum carpets, mop floors, and clean windows
- Change bed linens and towels regularly
- Do laundry including washing, drying, folding/hanging clothes
- Organize and tidy up rooms by putting away personal items and arranging furniture
- Restock essential supplies such as toilet paper, paper towels, cleaning products
- Report any maintenance issues or damages to the homeowner or supervisor
- Follow health and safety guidelines to prevent the spread of germs or bacteria

Requirements:
- Previous experience in housekeeping or a similar role preferred
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Strong attention to detail
- Good physical stamina for standing, bending, lifting up to 25 pounds
- Excellent time management skills
- Fluent in English (verbal & written)

Salary:
This position offers a salary of $1300 per month.

Location:
This job is located in Las Vegas but candidates from all nationalities are welcome as long as they can speak English fluently. Relocation assistance is not provided.
