Milling Machine Operator
We are currently hiring a skilled Milling Machine Operator to join our team in Eldoret. As a Milling Machine Operator, you will be responsible for setting up and operating milling machines to produce precision parts according to specifications. This is a full-time position with a competitive salary of $1400 per month.

Responsibilities:
- Set up and operate milling machines to perform machining operations such as drilling, milling, boring, facing, and threading
- Read and interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, and specifications
- Use precision measuring instruments to ensure parts meet quality standards
- Adjust machine controls to achieve desired dimensions of finished product
- Monitor machine operation and make necessary adjustments to ensure efficient production
- Inspect and measure finished products for accuracy and adherence to specifications
- Maintain machine cleanliness and report any malfunctions or issues to supervisor

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 2 years experience operating milling machines in a manufacturing environment
- Proficient in reading blueprints and using precision measuring instruments
- Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to troubleshoot machine issues
- Attention to detail and ability to work accurately under pressure
- Physically fit and able to lift up to 50 pounds

Preferred Qualifications:
- Technical or trade school degree in machining or related field
- Experience with CNC milling machines
