Architectural Technologist - Balzers, Egypt


We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Architectural Technologist to join our team in Balzers, Egypt. As an Architectural Technologist, you will be responsible for creating and implementing technical drawings and plans for construction projects. You will work closely with architects, engineers, and clients to ensure that designs are functional, safe, and meet all necessary building codes and regulations.

Responsibilities:
- Create detailed technical drawings and plans using CAD software
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other professionals to develop design concepts
- Conduct site visits to collect measurements and assess existing structures
- Ensure that designs comply with building codes, regulations, and safety standards
- Review project specifications and make necessary adjustments to designs
- Coordinate with contractors during the construction phase to resolve any technical issues
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in technology related to architectural design

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as an Architectural Technologist
- Proficient in CAD software
- Knowledge of building codes and regulations
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment

Salary:
1100$ per month
