Junior Merchandiser (Bergen, Norway)



We are hiring a dynamic and motivated Junior Merchandiser to join our team in Bergen, Norway. As a Junior Merchandiser, you will play a crucial role in assisting the senior merchandising team with product development, planning and purchasing. Responsibilities:
- Support senior merchandisers in developing and executing product strategies
- Conduct market research and trend analysis to identify new opportunities
- Assist with creating and maintaining product assortments
- Collaborate with design and production teams to ensure timely delivery of products
- Monitor inventory levels and make recommendations for reorders
- Analyze sales data to identify top-performing products and make recommendations for future collections

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in fashion merchandising or related field preferred
- Strong organizational skills with ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Knowledge of fashion trends and market dynamics
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team

Salary:
This is a contract position offering a monthly salary of 1100$. As this is an entry-level position without experience required, we welcome applications from individuals who are looking to start their career in fashion merchandising.
