Entry Level Merchandiser



We are hiring an Entry Level Merchandiser to join our team in Bergen. As a Merchandiser, you will be responsible for planning and implementing product displays, maintaining inventory levels, and analyzing sales data. Responsibilities:
- Create visually appealing product displays in accordance with company guidelines
- Monitor inventory levels and communicate any shortages or overstock to management
- Conduct market research and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotions and events to increase sales
- Build strong relationships with vendors and negotiate favorable terms for products
- Ensure that all products are priced accurately and displayed with correct signage
- Assist in setting up new store layouts or redesigning existing ones
- Train new employees on merchandising techniques and expectations

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred
- Proven experience in retail merchandising is a plus
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Excellent analytical skills
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel
- Must have own visa or be eligible to work in Bergen

Salary:
This position offers a competitive salary of 1600$ per month.
