Head Baker


We are seeking an experienced and skilled Head Baker to join our team in Hawalli, Kuwait. As the Head Baker, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our bakery operations, including production, inventory management, and staff supervision. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1800$ per month.

Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee all aspects of the bakery operations, including production, quality control, and inventory management
- Create and maintain baking schedules to ensure timely delivery of products
- Train and supervise bakery staff to ensure high-quality standards are met
- Develop new recipes and menu items while maintaining consistency with existing products
- Monitor ingredient inventory levels and place orders as needed
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain a clean and organized work environment
- Collaborate with other departments to plan for special events or promotions
- Stay updated on industry trends and make recommendations for improvements or changes in operations

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Head Baker or similar role in a fast-paced environment
- Strong knowledge of baking methods, techniques, and equipment
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and train staff effectively
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high-quality standards
- Excellent communication skills in English
- Must have previous experience working as a baker in India
- Visa sponsorship will be provided for non-Kuwaiti nationals
