We are in need of a skilled and reliable Handyman to join our team in Clairvaux. As a Handyman, you will be responsible for performing various maintenance and repair tasks in our facilities. This includes but is not limited to carpentry, plumbing, electrical work, painting, and general building maintenance.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct routine inspections of our facilities and equipment to identify any potential issues
- Perform repairs or maintenance tasks as needed, including carpentry, plumbing, electrical work, painting, and general building maintenance
- Install new fixtures or equipment as needed
- Maintain inventory of tools and equipment and ensure they are kept in good condition
- Respond to emergency maintenance requests in a timely manner
- Work with contractors or other professionals when necessary for larger projects
- Keep accurate records of all maintenance and repair work performed

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Handyman or similar role
- Knowledge of basic carpentry, plumbing, electrical work, painting techniques and general building maintenance
- Ability to use hand and power tools safely and effectively
- Good communication skills and ability to follow instructions
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Physical stamina to handle various manual tasks
- Valid driver's license preferred
