Long Haul Truck Driver


We are seeking a skilled and experienced Long Haul Truck Driver to join our team in Lom, providing transportation services throughout the country. The ideal candidate will be an Indian national with strong English speaking skills, and a valid truck driver’s license.

Responsibilities:
- Operate and maintain a tractor-trailer truck in a safe and efficient manner
- Plan routes and follow delivery schedules to ensure timely transportation of goods
- Load and unload cargo using appropriate equipment
- Communicate with dispatchers, other drivers, and customers to coordinate deliveries
- Inspect truck before and after trips, reporting any defects or issues
- Adhere to all traffic laws, regulations, and company policies
- Maintain accurate records of mileage, fuel consumption, and deliveries made

Requirements:
- Valid Indian Class 1 or AZ license for tractor-trailer trucks
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a long haul truck driver
- Good knowledge of road safety regulations and procedures
- Ability to communicate effectively in English (both written and verbal)
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to meet deadlines
- Physically fit with the ability to lift up to 50lbs if necessary

Salary:
The salary for this position is $1300 per month.
