Smelter Operator

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Smelter Operator to join our team in Pula. As a Smelter Operator, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining smelting equipment to melt and refine metals. This role requires a strong attention to detail, physical stamina, and the ability to work in a hot and physically demanding environment.

Responsibilities:
- Operate smelting machinery according to safety and production standards
- Monitor furnace temperatures, pressure levels, and other indicators to ensure proper operation
- Perform routine maintenance on equipment as needed
- Troubleshoot any issues that may arise during the smelting process
- Record production data and maintain accurate records
- Work with a team to ensure efficient production and meet production targets
- Adhere to all safety procedures and regulations

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- At least 3 years of experience as a Smelter Operator or similar role
- Ability to work in hot, physically demanding conditions
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow precise instructions
- Good communication skills
- Physically fit with the ability to lift heavy objects

Salary: 900$ per month

City: Pula

Preference for Malayalee candidates without English language proficiency who do not have previous experience will be given as accommodation is provided along with free visa and ticket.
