Construction Manager



As a Construction Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of construction projects in Shan. Your role will involve working closely with project teams, subcontractors, and clients to ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. You will also be responsible for coordinating and supervising construction crews, ensuring compliance with safety regulations, and managing project schedules.

Key Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field
- Proven experience as a Construction Manager in the Indian market
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, techniques, and materials
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to read blueprints and drawings
- Familiarity with construction software and project management tools
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines

Responsibilities:

- Plan and oversee all aspects of construction projects from start to finish
- Prepare project budgets, schedules, and timelines
- Coordinate activities with subcontractors, vendors, engineers, architects, etc.
- Supervise construction crews and ensure compliance with safety regulations
- Monitor progress of projects and make adjustments as needed
- Review blueprints and specifications to ensure accuracy
- Communicate regularly with clients to provide updates on project status
- Address any issues or delays that may arise during the construction process
- Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality standards are being met

We are seeking a highly organized individual with strong leadership skills who is able to manage multiple projects simultaneously. This is a full-time position without accommodation provided. Only candidates with valid work visas for Shan will be considered. This is an urgent position so we are looking for someone who can start immediately.
