Android Developer

As an Android Developer, you will be responsible for designing and developing innovative mobile applications for our company. You will work closely with our team to understand client needs and create user-friendly and efficient Android applications. Your primary focus will be on creating high-quality code and integrating with back-end services. You should have a strong understanding of the latest Android development trends, as well as experience with building, testing, and debugging complex applications. This role requires excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:
- Design and build advanced applications for the Android platform
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features
- Work with outside data sources and APIs
- Unit-test code for robustness, including edge cases, usability, and general reliability
- Continuously discover, evaluate, and implement new technologies to maximize development efficiency
- Troubleshoot issues reported by clients or internal teams
- Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field preferred
- 2+ years of experience in Android development
- Proficient in Java and Kotlin programming languages
- Experience with RESTful APIs to connect Android applications to back-end services
- Familiarity with Git version control system
- Strong understanding of object-oriented programming principles
- Knowledge of Agile software development methodologies
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
- Excellent communication skills

Salary: 1200$ per month (negotiable based on experience)
City: Aalborg (candidates must be willing to relocate if not already located in Aalborg)
