Merchandising Assistant
As a Merchandising Assistant, you will be responsible for assisting the merchandising team in various tasks related to product development, buying, and inventory management. You will work closely with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of products and maintain accurate records of inventory levels. Your role will also involve conducting market research and analyzing sales data to identify trends and make recommendations for product assortment. This is a contract position based in Doha, open to candidates of any nationality with excellent English proficiency. Accommodation, visa, and travel arrangements will be provided by the company.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in product development by coordinating with suppliers and vendors
- Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely delivery of products
- Conduct market research to identify new trends and opportunities
- Analyze sales data to make informed decisions on product assortments
- Communicate with internal teams regarding product updates and availability
- Assist in managing purchase orders and invoices
- Maintain accurate records of inventory levels, pricing, and discounts
- Collaborate with the visual merchandising team to ensure proper product placement in stores

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred
- Previous experience in merchandising or buying is a plus but not required
- Excellent communication skills in English; knowledge of other languages is a plus
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales data and identify trends
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with merchandising software is a plus
