Job Title: Merchandiser - Doha, Qatar


We are hiring a skilled Merchandiser to join our team in Doha, Qatar. As a Merchandiser, you will be responsible for maintaining and improving product displays and promotions in retail stores to increase sales and customer satisfaction. You will work closely with sales teams, marketing departments, and store managers to ensure our products are well-stocked, attractively displayed, and effectively marketed.

Responsibilities:
- Visit assigned stores on a regular basis to check inventory levels, product placement, and promotional displays
- Collaborate with sales teams to discuss strategies for improving product visibility and sales
- Work with store managers to identify the best locations for product displays and negotiate optimal shelf space
- Create attractive display designs that highlight the features of our products and adhere to company branding guidelines
- Monitor competitor's products and promotions in-store and make recommendations for improvements
- Conduct market research to identify new trends and opportunities for our products in the local market
- Train store personnel on product features and promotions to ensure they have a thorough understanding of our products
- Gather feedback from customers on their experience with our products in-store

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Merchandiser or similar role in the retail industry
- Fluent in English with excellent communication skills
- Strong knowledge of visual merchandising techniques and strategies
- Ability to analyze sales data and make recommendations based on market trends
- Excellent negotiation skills with the ability to build strong relationships with store managers
- Creative mindset with an eye for detail when designing product displays
- Valid work permit or ability to obtain a work visa in Qatar

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of 1300$ per month along with accommodation assistance.
