Barista

Our busy café in Al-Rayyan is seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Barista to join our team. As a Barista, you will be responsible for crafting delicious coffee and tea beverages, providing excellent customer service, and maintaining a clean and organized work environment.

Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve beverages according to company standards
- Handle cash transactions and maintain accurate cash handling procedures
- Greet customers in a friendly and welcoming manner
- Maintain cleanliness of café, including stocking supplies, washing dishes, and wiping down counters
- Educate customers on our menu offerings and assist with their selection
- Handle customer complaints or concerns in a professional manner
- Follow health and safety guidelines at all times

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional training or certification in coffee making is a plus
- Previous experience as a Barista or in a similar role preferred but not required
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse clientele
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Basic math skills for cash handling
