We are seeking a skilled and passionate Barista to join our team at a bustling coffee shop in the vibrant city of Ar-Ruwais. As a Barista, you will be responsible for crafting delicious and high-quality coffee beverages, providing exceptional customer service, and maintaining the overall cleanliness and organization of the cafe.

Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold coffee beverages according to customer preferences
- Ensure quality control by following proper brewing techniques, measuring ingredients accurately, and maintaining equipment
- Greet customers with a friendly demeanor, take orders, and provide recommendations based on their preferences
- Handle cash transactions and maintain accurate cash register records
- Keep cafe clean, organized, and stocked with necessary supplies at all times
- Create latte art designs to enhance the aesthetic appeal of drinks
- Maintain knowledge of all menu items and ingredients to assist customers with dietary restrictions or allergies
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, or concerns in a professional manner to ensure customer satisfaction
- Collaborate with team members to create new menu items or specials

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in hospitality or food service is a plus
- Proven experience as a Barista in a fast-paced environment; experience in latte art is preferred
- Strong knowledge of different coffee blends, brewing methods, and drink recipes
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage customers in conversation while preparing their drinks
- Ability to work well under pressure and multitask effectively during peak hours
- Availability to work flexible hours including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays if needed
