The Al-Malikiyah restaurant is seeking a skilled and creative Executive Chef to join our team. We are dedicated to providing our customers with a unique and memorable dining experience, and we need an individual who shares our passion for food and hospitality.

As the Executive Chef, you will be responsible for managing the kitchen operations, including menu planning, food preparation, and staff supervision. To excel in this role, you should have at least 5 years of experience as a chef in a fine dining establishment. A degree or diploma in culinary arts is preferred but not required. Your duties will include:

- Developing menus that cater to a diverse clientele while maintaining cost efficiency
- Creating new dishes and updating existing ones based on customer feedback
- Maintaining inventory levels and controlling costs through proper portion control and ordering
- Training and managing kitchen staff members to ensure seamless operations during service hours
- Ensuring compliance with all health and safety regulations
