Junior Executive Chef

We are seeking a highly motivated and talented individual to join our team as a Junior Executive Chef. This is an excellent opportunity for recent culinary graduates to gain valuable experience in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Responsibilities:
- Assisting the Executive Chef in creating and implementing menu items
- Preparing and cooking dishes to high standards
- Ensuring proper food safety and sanitation procedures are followed
- Training and supervising kitchen staff
- Managing inventory and ordering supplies
- Maintaining cleanliness and organization in the kitchen

Requirements:
- Culinary school degree or equivalent experience
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment under pressure
- Excellent time management skills
- Strong communication and leadership abilities
- Knowledge of food safety guidelines
- Experience with menu planning and cost control

Salary: $1300 per month

Location: Al-Malikiyah, Syria
