A leading retail company in Ufa is seeking a talented and experienced Merchandiser to join our team. We are looking for a detail-oriented individual with a strong understanding of merchandising principles and techniques. The ideal candidate will have a passion for retail and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement merchandising strategies to increase sales and profitability
- Create attractive product displays that reflect current trends and maximize space utilization
- Monitor inventory levels and communicate with suppliers to ensure timely restocking
- Conduct market research to identify customer preferences and adjust merchandising strategies accordingly
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and operations, to optimize product placement
- Train store staff on proper merchandising techniques and provide ongoing support as needed

Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience as a Merchandiser or similar role in the retail industry
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field preferred
- Knowledge of visual merchandising techniques and principles
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make strategic decisions
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously

Salary:
This is a contract position with a salary of $1000 per month.
