We are a well-established architecture firm based in Ashdod, seeking a talented and creative Architectural Designer to join our team. As an Architectural Designer, you will be responsible for creating innovative and functional designs for various construction projects. Your role will involve collaborating with clients, engineers, and other professionals to bring projects from concept to completion. The ideal candidate should have a degree in Architecture or a related field, excellent design skills, and proficiency in relevant software such as AutoCAD and SketchUp. This is a full-time position with a competitive salary of 1700$, including accommodation and a free visa and ticket.

As an Architectural Designer, you will be expected to:

- Develop design concepts and plans for various construction projects
- Create detailed drawings and 3D models using AutoCAD and SketchUp
- Collaborate with clients, engineers, and other professionals to understand project requirements
- Conduct site visits to gather information for design development
- Prepare presentations and proposals to showcase design ideas
- Ensure that all designs comply with building codes and regulations
- Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in design technology
- Communicate effectively with team members to ensure smooth project execution

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
- Proven experience (1+ years) as an Architectural Designer or similar role
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite, etc.
- Strong design skills with a keen eye for detail
- Knowledge of building codes and regulations
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal)
- Team player with strong collaboration skills
