Online Consultant - Indian English Speaker (Contract)


We are a rapidly growing online consulting company based in Sheduva, seeking an Indian English-speaking Online Consultant to join our team on a contract basis. As an Online Consultant, you will be responsible for providing virtual consultation services to our clients, primarily through email and chat. Responsibilities:
- Communicate with clients via email and chat to provide professional and timely advice on various topics
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty
- Utilize your expertise in the field to provide accurate information and solutions to client inquiries
- Follow established processes and procedures to ensure consistency and quality of service
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and developments in order to provide the most relevant advice to clients

Requirements:
- Native or fluent English speaker with excellent written communication skills
- Must be of Indian nationality
- Previous experience in consulting or customer service preferred but not required
- Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and meet deadlines
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think critically
- Tech-savvy with proficiency in Microsoft Office and other communication tools

Salary:
This is a contract position with a salary of $1500 per month.

Location:
This is a remote position that can be performed from anywhere in India.
