Online Consultant (English Speaking) - Sheduva, Lithuania


We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Online Consultant to join our team in Sheduva. As an Online Consultant, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and support to our clients through various online platforms. This is a full-time position with the opportunity to work from home or in our office.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide prompt and efficient responses to customer inquiries via email, chat, and social media
- Assist clients with product information, pricing, and technical support
- Troubleshoot and resolve any issues or concerns raised by customers
- Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions and transactions
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure consistent delivery of high-quality service
- Stay updated on product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate information to customers

Requirements:
- Fluent in English (written and spoken)
- Relevant experience in customer service or sales (online or offline)
- Strong communication skills with a friendly and professional demeanor
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure
- Detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving skills
- Proficient in using various online communication tools (e.g. email, chat, social media)
- Must be able to work full-time with some flexibility in schedule

Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working as an online consultant or in a similar role
- Knowledge of other languages is a plus (especially Indian languages)
- Familiarity with e-commerce platforms and online marketing strategies

Salary: $1400 per month
