Back-End Developer

We are in search of a skilled and experienced Back-End Developer to join our fast-growing team in Akron. As a Back-End Developer, you will be responsible for designing, coding, and modifying our company's website and web applications. You will also collaborate with front-end developers to integrate user-facing elements with server-side logic.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain server-side code for web applications
- Design and implement database structures
- Ensure high performance and responsiveness of applications
- Collaborate with front-end developers to integrate user-facing elements
- Troubleshoot and debug technical issues
- Monitor website performance, traffic, and usage to identify areas for improvement
- Stay updated on emerging trends and technologies in back-end development

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field (or equivalent work experience)
- Proven work experience as a Back-End Developer or similar role
- Strong knowledge of programming languages such as Java, Python, or Ruby on Rails
- Experience with databases such as MySQL or MongoDB
- Familiarity with front-end languages like HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
- Understanding of server-side templating languages
- Attention to detail and ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues
- Excellent communication skills

Salary: 1600$ per month

Location: Akron (preference for Indian candidates)

Employment Type: Part-time (20 hours per week)

Experience Required: Minimum 2 years of experience in back-end development
