Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain software applications using programming languages such as Java, C++, or Python
- Troubleshoot technical issues and provide timely solutions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop and implement new features
- Write clean and efficient code following best coding practices
- Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to improve code quality
- Stay updated on new technologies and industry trends to continuously improve skills
- Communicate project progress and any potential roadblocks to the team

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- Minimum 1 year of experience in software development or programming
- Proficient in at least one programming language (Java, C++, Python)
- Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams

Salary:
Starting salary for this position is $1500 per month. Salary will be reviewed based on performance.

Location:
This position is located in Akron but remote work options may be available for exceptional candidates.
