Civil Engineer - Structural Designer

We have an immediate opening for a Civil Engineer - Structural Designer to join our team in Vianden. This contract position is suitable for motivated individuals who are passionate about designing and constructing buildings and structures. As a Civil Engineer - Structural Designer, you will be responsible for developing structural designs, conducting analysis and calculations, and ensuring that all projects comply with safety codes and regulations. This position requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work well in a team setting.

Responsibilities:
- Develop structural designs for buildings and structures, including foundations, walls, columns, beams, and roof systems
- Conduct structural analysis using software programs such as SAP2000 or ETABS
- Prepare detailed drawings of structural components and systems
- Ensure that all designs comply with relevant safety codes and regulations
- Collaborate with architects and other engineers to ensure efficient design integration
- Provide technical support to project managers during construction phase
- Monitor construction progress to ensure compliance with design specifications
- Conduct site visits as needed to assess structural integrity of existing buildings

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
- Strong knowledge of building codes and regulations
- Proficiency in structural design software such as SAP2000 or ETABS
- Ability to perform complex calculations accurately
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills

Salary:
The starting salary for this position is 1700$. Additional benefits include free visa sponsorship, airfare ticket reimbursement upon completion of contract, and the opportunity for career growth within our company.
