Waiter/Waitress for English Speaking Restaurant in Moscow


We are a prestigious restaurant in Moscow, known for our excellent service and international cuisine. We are currently seeking a friendly and professional waiter/waitress to join our team. As a waiter/waitress, you will be responsible for taking orders, serving food and beverages, and ensuring that guests have an enjoyable dining experience. You will need to have excellent communication skills and the ability to multitask while maintaining a positive attitude.

Requirements:
- Fluent in English (Russian and Malayalam language skills are a plus)
- Prior experience as a waiter/waitress preferred
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to work well under pressure
- Attention to detail
- Friendly and outgoing personality
- Must be legally eligible to work in Russia

Responsibilities:
- Greet guests and assist with seating arrangements
- Take food and beverage orders accurately
- Serve food and drinks promptly
- Ensure all guests' needs are met during their dining experience
- Handle any guest inquiries or complaints in a professional manner
- Work closely with the kitchen staff to ensure orders are accurate and timely
- Maintain cleanliness of tables, chairs, utensils, etc.
- Process payments accurately
