Job Title: Restaurant Manager - Beer-Sheva

Our restaurant in Beer-Sheva is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1500$ per month. As a Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction, and maximizing profitability.

Responsibilities:
- Manage and supervise all aspects of the restaurant, including staff, inventory, and budget
- Ensure that all food and beverages are prepared to high-quality standards and in a timely manner
- Train and motivate staff to provide excellent customer service
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues effectively
- Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and profitability
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years experience as a Restaurant Manager or in a similar role
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a diverse team
- Excellent communication skills in order to interact with customers, staff, and suppliers
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and procedures
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Fluent English is preferred but not required
