Moderator for Online Community (Part-time)

As a Moderator, you will be responsible for maintaining and improving the quality of our community by monitoring user-generated content and ensuring that all discussions adhere to our community standards and guidelines.

Responsibilities:
- Monitor user-generated content and ensure that it follows our community standards and guidelines.
- Respond to user inquiries, feedback, and reports in a timely manner.
- Collaborate with other team members to develop strategies for improving the community experience.
- Identify potential issues or conflicts within the community and take appropriate actions to resolve them.
- Regularly review and update community guidelines to reflect current trends and issues.
- Engage with users and foster a positive and welcoming atmosphere within the community.

Requirements:
- Fluent in English (additional language skills are a plus).
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Understanding of online communities and social media platforms.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Strong problem-solving skills.
- Background in customer service or moderation is preferred but not required.
