Senior Architect - Sheduva, India

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Architect to join our team in Sheduva, India. As a Senior Architect, you will be responsible for leading and managing the design and construction process of various projects. Your main duties will include creating detailed blueprints, overseeing the construction process, and working closely with clients to ensure their vision is accurately translated into the final product.

Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years experience as an Architect
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture
- Strong knowledge of architectural design software (AutoCAD, SketchUp, etc.)
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills

Responsibilities:
- Develop detailed blueprints for new construction projects
- Review project proposals and provide feedback on feasibility and budget
- Oversee the construction process to ensure compliance with designs and specifications
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and incorporate them into designs
- Manage a team of architects, engineers, and contractors throughout the project lifecycle
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress and identify any issues that may arise

Salary: $1700 per month
