IT Manager - Utena

We are currently hiring for an experienced IT Manager to join our team in Utena. As an IT Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the technology infrastructure of our company and ensuring its smooth operation. This includes managing a team of IT professionals, implementing and maintaining systems and processes, and staying up-to-date with industry trends and advancements.

Responsibilities:
- Manage a team of IT professionals, providing guidance and support as needed
- Oversee the implementation and maintenance of technology infrastructure, including hardware, software, networks, and security systems
- Ensure that all systems are running smoothly and address any issues or outages in a timely manner
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements, making recommendations for improvements to current systems or processes
- Develop and maintain relationships with external vendors for technology solutions
- Train employees on new technologies or processes as needed

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- At least 5 years of experience in an IT management role
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team
- Excellent knowledge of hardware, software, networks, and security systems
- Experience with budgeting and project management
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to quickly identify and address issues
