As an IT Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our company's information technology systems and ensuring their efficient and secure functioning. Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement IT policies and procedures to ensure the security and reliability of our systems
- Manage and maintain all hardware and software systems used by the company
- Monitor network performance and troubleshoot any issues that arise
- Oversee the installation, configuration, and maintenance of new hardware and software
- Conduct regular backups of data to prevent loss or damage
- Train employees on proper use of technology systems
- Keep up-to-date with advancements in technology to recommend necessary upgrades or improvements

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field
- Minimum of 5 years experience in an IT management role
- Proficient in network administration, security protocols, and hardware/software troubleshooting
- Strong communication and leadership skills to effectively manage a team
- Ability to prioritize tasks, handle multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines consistently

Salary: $1200 per month (negotiable based on experience)

Location: Utena, Pakistan (open to all nationalities)
