IT Manager for a Growing Tech Company in Utena

We are seeking an experienced IT Manager to join our growing tech company in Utena. As the IT Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our company's information technology systems and infrastructure. This includes managing hardware and software installations, troubleshooting technical issues, and developing strategies to improve our overall IT operations.

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the installation, maintenance, and repair of all hardware and software systems
- Develop and implement IT policies and procedures to ensure efficiency and security
- Monitor network performance and troubleshoot any issues that arise
- Manage a team of IT professionals, including delegating tasks and providing guidance as needed
- Plan for future technology needs and make recommendations for improvements
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and advancements in technology

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- Minimum of 5 years experience in an IT management role
- Strong knowledge of computer systems, networks, and software applications
- Proven experience in developing and implementing IT policies and procedures
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to manage a team effectively
- Ability to think critically, problem-solve, and make sound decisions under pressure

Preferred Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Computer Science or related field
- Experience working in a growing tech company or startup environment
- Familiarity with cloud computing services such as AWS or Azure

Salary: $1700 per month with potential for bonuses based on performance.
Location: Utena, Lithuania. Applicants from Pakistan or African countries are welcome.
