We are a construction company in Triesen seeking a skilled Plasterer Supervisor to join our team. As a Plasterer Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing a team of plasterers on various construction projects. You will also be responsible for ensuring quality work and timely completion of projects.

Responsibilities:
- Lead and supervise a team of plasterers
- Assign tasks and provide guidance to ensure quality work
- Monitor progress and ensure timely completion of projects
- Train new employees as needed
- Communicate with clients and address any concerns or issues
- Keep track of materials and equipment needed for each project
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Plasterer Supervisor or similar role
- Extensive knowledge of plastering techniques and materials
- Ability to read blueprints and follow technical plans
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and train employees
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Attention to detail with a focus on quality workmanship
- Physical stamina to handle the demands of the job
