Commercial Architect



We are searching for a talented and creative Commercial Architect to join our team in Gujrat. As a Commercial Architect, you will be responsible for designing and overseeing the construction of commercial buildings such as offices, retail spaces, and restaurants.

Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and develop design concepts that meet their requirements
- Create detailed drawings and blueprints using computer-aided design (CAD) software
- Oversee the construction process to ensure that the design is implemented accurately and meets all safety standards
- Manage project budgets and timelines to ensure projects are completed within agreed-upon parameters
- Work with engineers, contractors, and other professionals to coordinate different aspects of the construction process
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, building codes, and regulations to ensure designs are compliant

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field
- Proven experience in commercial architecture or a similar role
- Proficient in CAD software and other design tools
- Strong understanding of building codes, regulations, and safety standards
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with clients and team members
- Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

This is a full-time position that offers a salary of 1700$ per month. We welcome applicants without prior experience as we provide on-the-job training.
