Construction Project Manager



As a Construction Project Manager, you will oversee and manage all aspects of construction projects in Lisbon, Portugal. Your main responsibility will be to ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. This is a contract job with a salary of 1800$ per month.

Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in construction management
- Strong knowledge of construction processes and methods
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and project management software

Responsibilities:
- Oversee all phases of the construction project from planning to completion
- Manage budgets, schedules, and resources to ensure project success
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and subcontractors on project details and changes
- Ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and quality standards
- Communicate progress updates to stakeholders and address any issues that may arise during the project
- Provide leadership and support to project team members
