We are in search of a highly skilled and experienced Part-Time Construction Manager to join our team in Lisbon, Portugal. As a Part-Time Construction Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing construction projects and ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee construction projects from start to finish
- Develop project schedules and budgets
- Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and other stakeholders
- Monitor progress and ensure project stays on schedule
- Conduct regular site visits to ensure work is being done according to plans and specifications
- Address any issues or delays that may arise during the construction process
- Ensure compliance with building codes and safety regulations
- Manage project budgets and approve expenses
- Prepare progress reports for senior management

Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years experience as a Construction Manager or similar role in the construction industry
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field preferred
- Extensive knowledge of construction processes, building codes, and safety regulations
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to effectively manage a team of contractors and subcontractors
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively communicate with stakeholders at all levels
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Proficient in project management software
- Must be able to work part-time hours (20 hours per week)

We offer competitive compensation of 1100$ per week for this part-time position. Accommodation can also be provided if needed. Applicants must have their own visa or be eligible to obtain one.
