Finisher (Entry Level)

We are seeking a hardworking and detail-oriented Finisher to join our team in Oslo. As an Entry Level Finisher, you will be responsible for performing various tasks to prepare and finish surfaces on different projects. This is a physically demanding role that requires standing, bending, and lifting for extended periods of time.

Responsibilities:
- Prepare surfaces for finishing by sanding, filling holes and cracks, and removing debris
- Apply primers, paints, stains, or sealants using brushes, rollers or sprayers
- Follow instructions to ensure proper adhesion and finish quality
- Inspect finished surfaces for imperfections and make necessary touch-ups
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment

Requirements:
- No prior experience required - we are willing to train the right candidate
- Physically fit with the ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
- Good communication skills in English
- Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends if needed
