Dishwasher - Monte-Carlo, Monaco



We are in need of a reliable and hardworking Dishwasher to join our team at a high-end restaurant located in the beautiful city of Monte-Carlo, Monaco. This is an entry-level position that requires no previous experience and offers a salary of 1500$. Please note that accommodation will not be provided, therefore we are looking for candidates who are already based in Monte-Carlo or have arrangements for their own accommodation.

As a Dishwasher, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and sanitation of all dishes, utensils and kitchen equipment. You will work closely with the kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations and maintain high standards of cleanliness. Your main duties will include washing, drying, and storing dishes, as well as keeping the kitchen area clean and organized.

To excel in this role, you should have physical stamina and be able to work in a fast-paced environment. You should also possess good time-management skills and be able to prioritize tasks effectively. The ideal candidate for this position is someone who takes pride in their work and pays attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities:
- Wash dishes, glassware, flatware, pots and pans using the dishwasher or by hand
- Ensure all dishes are properly cleaned and sanitized
- Keep dishwasher area clean and organized
- Empty trash containers regularly
- Assist with basic food preparation tasks
- Stock supplies such as plates, glasses, cutlery etc.
- Perform weekly deep cleaning of kitchen equipment
- Follow all safety procedures and regulations

Requirements:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Physical stamina to stand for long periods of time
- Ability to lift up to 20 pounds
- Basic knowledge of food safety regulations
- Good communication skills
- Ability to work well in a team environment
