Job Title: Restaurant Manager

As a Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant in Salalah. Your main duties will include managing staff, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining quality standards. You will also be responsible for creating and implementing strategies to increase sales and profitability.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and train restaurant staff, including servers, cooks, and other employees
- Ensure that all food and drinks are prepared according to company standards
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed
- Create staff schedules to ensure adequate coverage during peak hours
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly
- Develop marketing strategies to attract new customers and retain existing ones
- Oversee the restaurant's financial performance and make necessary adjustments to increase profitability
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Conduct regular meetings with staff to provide feedback on performance and address any concerns or issues

Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Restaurant Manager or in a similar role
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively
- Strong understanding of food safety regulations and procedures
- Proven track record of increasing sales and improving profitability in previous roles
- Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic would be an advantage)
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Customer-oriented mindset with a focus on providing exceptional service

Salary: 1300$ per month (negotiable based on experience)

Contract Job: This is a contract job with an initial contract period of 2 years. The contract may be renewed based on performance.

Visa & Ticket: We provide free visa sponsorship and round-trip ticket from India to Salalah.
